Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is absolutely recommended for the longest possible life expectancy. The Plain collection is considered very durable and easy to care for compared to other conventional leather products.

For cleaning the leather, a cloth moistened with water in combination with proper rubbing is sufficient. Afterwards, the remaining moisture should be absorbed with a dry cloth.

For care, the William Walker leather detergent Clean and waterproofing spray Protect as well as greasing with beeswax or a commercially available leather balm are suitable. The leather products of the Plain collection are not suitable for swimming and should be protected from extreme moisture.

* Express orders placed by 2 p.m. will be shipped the same business day. Please note that there is no Saturday delivery for express shipments in Germany. Additionally, only small items can be shipped via express. Large and heavy packages, such as dog beds, cannot be shipped via express. In this case, the order will be shipped with standard or premium shipping, and the express shipping fees will be refunded.

** If delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Customers are advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before ordering. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, no additional fees will be incurred.

Return Policy (see notes below for Switzerland)

Simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt unused and in their original packaging to receive a refund of the purchase price. To process your return, you must register your return through our returns portal. Visit the following page: www.williamwalker.returnsportal.online

You can either obtain a paid return label through our returns portal or send the package back using a carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number via DHL, UPS, or GLS to the following address:

To ensure your return can be allocated, please include your delivery note with your order. Once the return has arrived, it will be processed within 14 days. The information sheet on the return policy can be downloaded here.

Additional Information for Returns from a Non-EU Country

Please ensure that returns from a non-EU country are declared as returns. If a return can only be accepted by paying a fee due to incorrect labeling, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount. 

Return Policy for Switzerland 

Once your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registration of the return is mandatory, as otherwise, we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. Detailed instructions can be found in your package. We have already provided a return label for you in your package. The following costs apply to the return label, which will be deducted from your refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF
