Shipping costs depend on the order value and the destination country. The various regulations are listed in the tables below.

* Express orders placed by 2 p.m. will be shipped the same business day. Please note that there is no Saturday delivery for express shipments in Germany. Additionally, only small items can be shipped via express. Large and heavy packages, such as dog beds, cannot be shipped via express. In this case, the order will be shipped with standard or premium shipping, and the express shipping fees will be refunded.

** If delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Customers are advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before ordering. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, no additional fees will be incurred.

Return Policy (see notes below for Switzerland)

Simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt unused and in their original packaging to receive a refund of the purchase price. To process your return, you must register your return through our returns portal. Visit the following page: www.williamwalker.returnsportal.online

You can either obtain a paid return label through our returns portal or send the package back using a carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number via DHL, UPS, or GLS to the following address:

To ensure your return can be allocated, please include your delivery note with your order. Once the return has arrived, it will be processed within 14 days. The information sheet on the return policy can be downloaded here.

Additional Information for Returns from a Non-EU Country

Please ensure that returns from a non-EU country are declared as returns. If a return can only be accepted by paying a fee due to incorrect labeling, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount. 

Return Policy for Switzerland 

Once your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registration of the return is mandatory, as otherwise, we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. Detailed instructions can be found in your package. Alternatively, you can download the information sheet here.

We have already provided a return label for you in your package. The following costs apply to the return label, which will be deducted from your refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please return your product as described above and simply order your desired product anew.

Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is absolutely recommended for the longest possible life expectancy.

For the cleaning the leather a cloth moistened with water in combination with proper rubbing is sufficient. Subsequently, the remaining moisture should be absorbed with a dry cloth.

Important: Neither collar nor leash, should be treated with harsh detergents, nor exposed to intensive, prolonged contact with water, for example, bathing or swimming. Intensive water contact, especially with salt water, may cause discoloration. For optimal protection against water and dirt, we recommend our impregnation spray Protect.

Our dog leash comes in two different styles and two different sizes:

Variants:

3-way adjustable: the 3-way adjustable leash has two carabiners, two D-rings and an O-ring, so that the leash can be adjusted to three different lengths. It is therefore flexible to use and the right variant for daily use.

City Leash: Our City Leash has a fixed length of 1.5m and a fixed wrist loop. It is about 80g lighter than the 3-way adjustable version and the right choice for city walks with a tight lead.

Sizes:

Both variants come in two different sizes each. So there is a standard size for collar sizes S-XL and a small variant especially for collar sizes XXS and XS. The small variant is thinner (instead of 2cm only 1.5cm) and equipped with much lighter fittings. The small leash is thus adapted to the needs of small dogs for both weight and visual reasons.
