In the development of the dog cushion, we have consciously paid attention to making the dog cushion as easy to clean as possible. The dog cushion Chill has the Easy Clean Technology, which sets new standards in terms of cleaning and care.

Thanks to the nano-coating, the outer fabric is repellent to dirt particles, grease and liquids - these simply drip off. A tap and shake of the dog cushion is enough to remove coarse dirt and dog hair. More stubborn stains can be easily removed with lukewarm water and a little soap without using chemical cleaners.

Washing machine cleaning:
Washing machine cleaning is possible at 30°C on the wool and delicates cycle and with delicates detergent. The inner cushion, as well as the filling, can also be washed on the gentle cycle. Then allow to air dry.

We advise against too frequent cleaning in the washing machine, as this will slowly wear away the water-repellent nano-coating in the long term.

* Express orders placed by 2 p.m. will be shipped the same business day. Please note that there is no Saturday delivery for express shipments in Germany. Additionally, only small items can be shipped via express. Large and heavy packages, such as dog beds, cannot be shipped via express. In this case, the order will be shipped with standard or premium shipping, and the express shipping fees will be refunded.

** If delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Customers are advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before ordering. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, no additional fees will be incurred.

Simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt unused and in their original packaging to receive a refund of the purchase price. To process your return, you must register your return through our returns portal. Visit the following page: www.williamwalker.returnsportal.online

You can either obtain a paid return label through our returns portal or send the package back using a carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number via DHL, UPS, or GLS to the following address:

Additional Information for Returns from a Non-EU Country

Please ensure that returns from a non-EU country are declared as returns. If a return can only be accepted by paying a fee due to incorrect labeling, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount. 

Return Policy for Switzerland 

Once your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registration of the return is mandatory, as otherwise, we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. Detailed instructions can be found in your package. We have already provided a return label for you in your package. The following costs apply to the return label, which will be deducted from your refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF
