We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €149. Shipping costs for orders below €149 vary depending on the shipping country and chosen shipping method. You can find an overview of shipping costs and delivery times here.
What are the rules for exchanges and returns?
To let you personally experience the quality of our products, we offer a 14-day return policy. For a hassle-free and smooth return process, we have a returns portal available for you. Here, you can obtain a prepaid return label for a fee. Alternatively, returns can also be made with a shipping service of your choice. If you wish to exchange a product, simply reorder the new item and return the other product via the returns portal.
